Our Famous Traditional Biltong Stokkies are hand-crafted using premium Topside Beef, and are also known as Biltong snap sticks, snap stix or occasionally Biltong sticks. The Topside cut we use is the long inner muscle of a cow’s thigh and makes for a much more leaner and tender cut than Silverside.
